Well “Awesome Program” comes to mind when I refer back to Charles and ZipDebt. The program helped us settle over $90,000.00 for about 35%. We settled most everything within 6 mos. A few were tough to settle. Charles was spot on with all the advice and tactics the companies use. I highly recommend this program to anyone that has had a true financial hardship and is seeking an alternative to bankruptcy.

this sounds like a fantastic program. You are spot on you can settle your own debts if you have a bit of knowledge, are willing to spend the time and you are brave enough to do it.

Many lenders will help you if you are having debt problems the key is to speak to them early.

if you want to get out of debt and hire a debt settlement company for debt negotiation then I have an important piece of advice. Do not go directly to a particular debt settlement company but rather first go to a debt relief network who is affiliated with several legitimate debt companies. In order to be in the debt relief network, the debt settlement companies must prove a track record of successfully negotiating and eliminating debt. They must also pass an ethical standards test. Going through a debt relief network will ensure that the debt company you are provided with is a legitimate and respected company. This is the most efficient way in finding the best debt settlement companies and increasing your chances of eliminating your debt.

I am early on in the debt settlement process using Charles Phelan and his ZipDebt program but everything he has told me has been right on the mark! If you are reasonably intelligent and articulate, there is no reason you cannot settle your debts yourself with Charles’ help. The initial phone call where we went over each of my creditors and what to expect from them was worth the cost of the whole program! Charles is genuine, sincere and great at responding quickly to questions. I highly recommend his program if you have a legitimate debt/hardship issue!

I HIGHLY recommend ZipDebt.com. I can be a bit of a micro-manager, so I have been extremely pleased with ZipDebt's do-it-yourself system...it has already saved me a TON of money (I quit paying my $60k Bank of America bill in December & started socking away the money I'd have paid in monthly payments. Today, B of A and offered to the whole debt for only 20%. Yee-haww!). Plus, let's face it...no one cares about your money more than you do and it's much better to take a hands-on approach rather than to pay someone you don't even know a load of money and then stick your head in the sand and hope that you're not getting duped in some way. It has worked out well for me too. Well worth the money. I had about $70,000 in cc debt and I have settled 6 accounts since and have one left to go. This service helps you to settle on your own and you save lots of money from paying someone to do it for you. All the money you would have to pay a Company to do it for you can go toward settling your accounts. This is for those who want to do it themselves but are to nervous to do so. You listen to the cd's you get, which explains every step and then you get one phone consult for a plan of action. Also included is email support. Every time I had a question it was responded to within 24hrs. very important when you are getting anxious and questioning what to do next. This service is really up to date on how to handle debt settlement.
